About the Team

次世代ビジネス Divisionは、既存のSmartNewsアプリとは別に、AI時代だからこそ可能となる、次の成長の柱となる新規事業・新規アプリをゼロから立ち上げる部門です。弊社ミッション「世界中の良質な情報を必要な人に送り届ける」を、従来とは異なる方法・領域の事業を通じて実現することを目的としています。第一弾として2026年8月にローンチした「Wanderland」（行きたい場所を発見できる地図アプリ）はその一例であり、その他にも新たな事業展開を予定しています。

About the Role

本ロールでは、次世代ビジネスDivisionが手がける複数の新規事業(Wanderlandのような新プロダクト)のうち、1つまたは複数の事業サイドを統括いただきます。新プロダクトを収益に変えるビジネスモデルの構築、それを支えるコンテンツ・店舗/パートナー・配信・技術パートナーシップの獲得、そしてそれを実行するBDチームの組成までを担っていただきます。パイプラインではなく、収益計画そのものに責任を持つポジションです。

また、Managerとして、次世代ビジネス Divisionのチームのリソース調達を含めた運営管理、実行計画策定・遂行を担う役割です。

  • 担当事業の収益計画のオーナーシップ：各新規プロダクトのビジネスモデル設計、プライシング・パッケージング、および数値責任
  • 戦略的パートナーシップの発掘・交渉・締結（コンテンツ／IPホルダー、店舗・パートナー企業、配信パートナー、技術ベンダー）— 初期接触から契約・ローンチまで一気通貫
  • BDチームの組成とマネジメント：採用、目標設定、育成、【2〜4名】規模のチーム運営
  • プロダクトロードマップに対する事業側の代弁者として、市場・パートナーインサイトを構造化しProduct/Engineeringに提示し、開発優先度に影響を与える
  • Legal・Finance・Salesおよび他部門を横断するイニシアチブのリード（新規事業の市場投入）
  • 未整備の事業基盤の構築：パイプライン管理、パートナー向けレポーティング、案件ガバナンス

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • 事業開発・事業企画・戦略パートナーシップにおける5年以上の経験（うち2年以上のピープルマネジメント経験）
  • 事業ラインまたは新規事業の立ち上げを収益責任を伴ってオーナーとして推進した実績（戦略立案・企画のみの経験は対象外）
  • 前例のない・不確実性の高いディール構造を含む、複雑な外部パートナーシップの交渉・締結経験（経営層との折衝を含む）
  • 会社の成長やミッション上必要なものであれば、土地勘の有無、業務内容、アサインの時限性などに左右されず高いモチベーションで柔軟に業務にあたることができる、スタートアップらしい pro-active & positive mindset
  • AIリテラシー：生成AIの技術・プレイヤー動向を継続的にキャッチアップし、自身とチームのアウトプット向上のために日常的にAIツールを活用できること。同時に現時点での限界を理解し、AIの出力を鵜呑みにせず自ら検証した上で最終成果物に落とし込めること
  • 語学力：日本語ビジネスレベル以上

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • 国内における新規消費者向け事業のパートナー候補（ローカルコマース・店舗、コンテンツ/IP、プラットフォーム企業等）とのネットワーク
  • 新規デジタルプロダクトの事業化経験（プライシング、ライセンシング、従量課金モデル等）
  • コンサルティングのプロフェッショナルファームでの経験（特にTier 1の戦略コンサルティングファームにおける5年以上の経験を有する方）、または国内外のMBA修了
  • プロセスが未整備な環境での0→1立ち上げ経験
  • AI時代における新しい消費者向け事業構築・拡大への強い関心
  • 語学力：英語ビジネスレベル以上
