About the Team

次世代ビジネス Divisionは、既存のSmartNewsアプリとは別に、AI時代だからこそ可能となる、次の成長の柱となる新規事業・新規アプリをゼロから立ち上げる部門です。弊社ミッション「世界中の良質な情報を必要な人に送り届ける」を、従来とは異なる方法・領域の事業を通じて実現することを目的としています。第一弾として2026年8月にローンチした「Wanderland」（行きたい場所を発見できる地図アプリ）はその一例であり、その他にも新たな事業展開を予定しています。

About the Role

本ロールでは、次世代ビジネスDivisionが手がける新規事業（Wanderlandのような新プロダクト）において、個別の事業開発イニシアチブをオーナーとして推進いただきます。パートナー・市場のリサーチから、ディール設計・交渉、契約締結・ローンチまでが担当いただきます。新規事業の中の個別案件・パートナーシップを成果まで持っていく役割です。

まずは少数のプロジェクトからスタートし、実績を積みながら徐々に担当領域を広げていただきます。

将来的には収益計画そのものへの責任を持つポジション、さらに希望する方にはチームマネジメント―リソースの調達、実行計画の策定、チームの健全な運営―を担うポジションへのステップとして位置付けています。

  • 担当事業に関する市場・競合・提携候補企業のリサーチおよび分析
  • Manager等と連携し、担当イニシアチブのビジネスモデル（プライシング・パッケージング・収益ロジック）検討を支援
  • 特定パートナーシップ（コンテンツ／IP、店舗・パートナー企業、配信、技術ベンダー等）の発掘・交渉・締結支援(初期接触から契約・ローンチまで)
  • 担当プロジェクトにおける社内外関係者（パートナー、Product・Engineering・Legal・Sales）の日常的な窓口として案件を前進させる

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • 事業開発・事業企画・戦略パートナーシップにおける2~3年程度以上の経験
  • ドキュメント・表計算・スライド作成のスキル（意思決定を動かす成果物を自ら作る力。曖昧な情報を構造化し、文書で提言に落とし込める力。）
  • AIリテラシー：最新のAI技術やツール（生成AI等）を日常的に活用し、リサーチ・企画立案・プロジェクト推進の生産性を最大化できること。同時にその限界を理解し、出力を鵜呑みにせず検証できること
  • 語学力：日本語ビジネスレベル

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • 新規事業の立ち上げ経験
  • エンジニアやデザイナーと連携して進めたプロジェクト経験
  • 消費者向けマーケットプレイス、ローカルコマース、またはコンテンツプラットフォームでの経験
  • AI時代における新しい消費者向け事業構築・拡大への強い関心
  • 語学力：英語ビジネスレベル以上
