Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, engaging with prospective clients and driving meaningful conversations in the German market. This is a high-impact position designed for a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the closing skills necessary to turn cold leads into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volumes of outbound cold calls daily to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full early-stage sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing discovery meetings.
  • Communicate fluently in both German and English to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to track lead progress and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine outreach strategies and hit monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in German (written and verbal).
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Resilient mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience selling Tech or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools and CRM software.
