The posting

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Junior Business Development Representative who is eager to start a career in sales and business development. This role is key to generating new business opportunities and serves as the first point of contact with potential clients. English proficiency is mandatory, as interaction with international clients or teams will be part of daily activities.

The BDR will work closely with the Sales team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and contribute to the growth of the company’s sales pipeline.

Daily tasks include active prospecting of new potential clients (outbound and inbound), research and analysis of target accounts and contacts, outreach to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other channels, lead qualification based on predefined criteria, accurate data entry and updates in the CRM, scheduling meetings for the sales team, timely follow-up with contacted prospects, reporting daily and weekly activities and results.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Advanced English (spoken and written): advanced level for calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Availability to work with objectives and performance metrics (KPIs).

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use technological tools (CRMs, prospecting platforms).
  • Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes.
  • Interest in business development, sales, or company growth.
