We’re hiring driven, curious individuals ready to start a career in tech sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, admin, or something completely different—what matters most is your mindset, not your resume.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services
  • Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States
