Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to prospective leads across assigned territories.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, voicemail drops, and follow-ups.
  • Book meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
  • Handle objections professionally and nurture cold leads through persistence.
  • Track all outreach activity in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close).
  • Work closely with sales leaders to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-call-volume SDR or cold calling role.
  • Strong spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Resilience to rejection and ability to keep energy high throughout the day.
  • Familiarity with dialers, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to meet daily/weekly outbound call targets.
  • Tech-savvy and highly organized in a remote work environment.
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow within a sales organisation.
