  • Develop partnership initiatives that support brand growth, audience engagement, and long-term ecosystem development.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, compliance, product, and leadership teams to ensure partnerships are commercially strong and regulatorily sound.
  • Assess partnership opportunities with a strong understanding of ASIC-related risks, especially around financial promotions, finfluencer activity, and consumer-facing financial content.
  • Support the development of content-led partnership ideas, co-marketing opportunities, and community activation strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-quality networks across SMSF, accountant, founder, young professional, university, and mainstream finance communities.
  • Represent the brand externally in a way that strengthens credibility, trust, and long-term market presence.
  • Track partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to broader ecosystem strategy.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to local market development, strategic alliances, and brand partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, ecosystem roles, community growth, media partnerships, or related commercial roles.
  • Background in Australian fintech, wealth, financial services, financial media, creator economy, or education-led platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the local financial services landscape and the ability to navigate brand, audience, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working with content, media, creator, or community ecosystems will be highly regarded.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
