  • Ensure accurate records are maintained and key decisions, actions and control updates are clearly captured.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of risk data, RCSA assessments and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, consistency, accuracy and adherence to agreed methodologies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, control evaluations and agreed changes, ensuring clear traceability, auditability and evidence of stakeholder review and challenge.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to business units on the RCSA process, methodology, and control standards.
  • Apply strong project management discipline across risk initiatives to ensure consistency, documentation quality, adherence to agreed processes, achievement of key milestones and delivery of a robust, standardised and repeatable RCSA process across the firm.

About you

  • At least 3-6 years experience working in Financial Services industry with strong preference for experience supporting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), control reviews or operational risk management activities.
  • Comfort navigating large data sets, compiling data analyses, displaying data effectively and communicating results with impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information from multiple sources and develop evidence-based risk assessments.
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain high-quality documentation and deliver to agreed timelines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
