Buyer Manutenzione Impianti

La risorsa entrerà a far parte della struttura Procurement dedicata ai contratti di

manutenzione industriale presso il sito di una notissima azienda del settore dei semiconduttori di Catania, operando in stretta collaborazione con Operations, Site Management e Ufficio Acquisti Centrale.

Il ruolo riveste un’importanza strategica nel garantire la continuità operativa degli impianti

attraverso una gestione efficace degli approvvigionamenti tecnici, dei fornitori e delle

forniture critiche.

Attività

La figura si occuperà di:

• Gestire gli acquisti di materiali, ricambi e servizi legati alla manutenzione impiantistica

industriale;

• Supportare le attività manutentive preventive, correttive ed emergenziali su impianti

meccanici e sistemi FMCS;

• Garantire la disponibilità dei materiali nel rispetto degli SLA contrattuali e delle esigenze operative del sito;

• Sviluppare e qualificare una vendor list strategica, con particolare focus su fornitori locali e “emergency ready”;

• Negoziare accordi quadro, rebate e condizioni economiche migliorative;

• Monitorare lead time, saving e performance dei fornitori;

• Collaborare con Operation Manager, Site Manager e Coordinatori Tecnici per l’individuazione dei componenti critici e delle strategie di approvvigionamento;

• Analizzare costi e alternative tecniche per l’ottimizzazione delle forniture.

Requirements

Requisiti

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

• Esperienza maturata in ruoli di Procurement/Buying in contesti industriali strutturati;

• Conoscenza di impianti meccanici industriali, utilities e sistemi FMCS/automazione;

• Esperienza nella gestione di ricambi tecnici e materiali critici;

• Familiarità con contratti a SLA, KPI e penali;

• Buone capacità negoziali e di gestione del fornitore;

• Attitudine al lavoro trasversale con funzioni Operations e Technical Management.

• Forte orientamento al problem solving;

• Approccio dinamico e orientato alla continuità del servizio;

• Capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità;

• Orientamento ai risultati e al miglioramento continuo.
