The posting

Nous recrutons un Cadre Financier spécialisé en Consolidation et en normes IFRS pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique chez Interface. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la consolidation des comptes financiers des différentes entités de notre entreprise et de l'application des normes IFRS afin de garantir l'exactitude et la transparence des informations financières. Vous devrez également analyser les implications des normes IFRS sur nos états financiers et conseiller la direction sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de reporting financier. Une solide compréhension des processus de consolidation et une expérience dans la mise en œuvre des normes comptables internationales sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste.

Responsabilités

  • Préparer et superviser le processus de consolidation financière des entités du groupe
  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes IFRS et les réglementations locales
  • Analyser les impacts des changements de normes IFRS sur les rapports financiers
  • Collaborer avec les équipes comptables locales pour garantir l'exactitude des données
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des procédures de contrôle internes pour le processus de consolidation
  • Produire des rapports financiers consolidés à l'intention de la direction et des actionnaires
  • Participer aux audits externes et répondre aux questions des auditeurs

Requirements

  • Diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en consolidation financière ou en reporting IFRS
  • Excellente compréhension des normes IFRS et de la comptabilité financière
  • Compétences avancées en analyse financière et en reporting
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité et des outils financiers
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Une certification professionnelle telle que CPA ou CMA est un plus
