Requirements

Vous serez intégré dans une équipe projet pour réaliser des activités de calcul de structure sur programmes AIRBUS. En particulier, vous serez en charge d'apporter votre expertise technique afin de :

  • Identifier les exigences réglementaires et définir les moyens à mettre en œuvre pour la démonstration de conformité. Dans certains cas, ces exigences et moyens peuvent être définis par le client.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des méthodes de calcul en se conformant aux règles de l’art ou aux méthodes du client.
  • Fournir des synthèses des résultats de calcul et proposer des améliorations lorsque les marges obtenues ne satisfont pas aux exigences.
  • Rédiger des notes de calcul ou documents de certification (dossiers, ACD…).
  • Participer à l’amélioration du concept du produit en phase de R&T, tout au long de la phase de développement puis en phase d’exploitation en fonction des retours quant aux problèmes rencontrés lors des campagnes d’essais, sur les chaines d’assemblage ou en service.
  • Rendre compte à votre responsable de l’avancement de vos travaux.
  • Contrôler vos travaux et être responsable de la qualité des livrables dont vous avez la charge.

En tant que calculateur de structure expérimenté, vous :

  • êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieur en aéronautique ou équivalent,
  • Vous justifiez d’expériences réussies dans un environnement de calcul de structures aéronautiques, de préférence dans un contexte de programme AIRBUS.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de calcul (PATRAN/NASTRAN, HYPERWORKS, ABAQUS, ISAMI…) et les méthodes AIRBUS. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la configuration produit Airbus
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité de synthèse.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance générale du calcul de structure, et maîtrisez au moins l’un de ces domaines : Modèles éléments finis, dimensionnement statique, Fatigue et tolérance aux dommages, composites.
