Η ICAP Employment Solutions, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της — κορυφαίο όμιλο παροχής ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος — αναζητά Call Center Agent για απασχόληση στα κεντρικά της γραφεία στο Μαρούσι.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επικοινωνία με υφιστάμενο πελατολόγιο με στόχο τη διακράτηση και ενίσχυση της πιστότητας των πελατών, κατανοώντας τις ανάγκες τους και προτείνοντας εξατομικευμένες λύσεις.
  • Ανανέωση και ανάπτυξη της πελατειακής σχέσης, με έμφαση στη μακροχρόνια συνεργασία και τη θετική εμπειρία πελάτη.
  • Παρουσίαση προγραμμάτων και υπηρεσιών του οργανισμού, διαπραγμάτευση όρων και ολοκλήρωση συμφωνιών πώλησης, σύμφωνα με τους εμπορικούς στόχους.
  • Καταχώρηση και επικαιροποίηση στοιχείων πελατών, καθώς και διαχείριση αιτημάτων, ερωτημάτων και παραπόνων, μέσω των εταιρικών συστημάτων.
  • Εντοπισμός και προσέγγιση νέου πελατολογίου, αξιοποιώντας ευκαιρίες cross-selling και up-selling.
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών ικανοποίησης πελατών και διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης, λειτουργώντας ως σημείο αναφοράς για τον πελάτη.
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας για την αποτελεσματική επίλυση θεμάτων και τη βελτίωση των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης ή Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία με έμφαση στο αποτέλεσμα
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας, με όρεξη για εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων
