Il Ruolo

Entrerai a far parte del team di sala e contribuirai a garantire un'esperienza di qualità ai clienti, occupandoti dell'accoglienza, del servizio e dell'assistenza durante tutte le fasi della permanenza nel locale.

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Responsabile di Sala e con il team di cucina, contribuendo al buon andamento del servizio e al rispetto degli standard aziendali.

Attività principali

  • Accogliere i clienti con cortesia e professionalità.
  • Accompagnare gli ospiti al tavolo e presentare il menù.
  • Prendere le ordinazioni e gestire il servizio di cibi e bevande.
  • Assicurare un servizio attento e puntuale durante tutta l'esperienza del cliente.
  • Curare la mise en place e il riordino della sala.
  • Collaborare con il team di cucina per garantire fluidità nel servizio.
  • Gestire lo sbarazzo e il ripristino dei tavoli.
  • Mantenere ordine, pulizia e rispetto degli standard igienico-sanitari.
  • Supportare il team nelle attività operative durante i momenti di maggiore affluenza.

Il Profilo Ideale

Cerchiamo persone dinamiche, sorridenti e orientate al cliente, con voglia di crescere all'interno di una realtà strutturata.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Preferibile esperienza, anche breve, nel ruolo di Cameriere/a di Sala, Commis di Sala o Addetto alla Ristorazione.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente.
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team.
  • Dinamicità, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in contesti caratterizzati da ritmi elevati.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, nei weekend e nei giorni festivi.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare turni spezzati pranzo/cena, in particolare durante il fine settimana.

Cosa Offriamo

  • Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a Tempo Determinato finalizzato all’inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
  • Possibilità di inserimento con orario:
  • Full Time 40 ore
  • Part Time 30 ore
  • Part Time 24 ore
  • Part Time 20 ore
  • Inquadramento al 5° o 6° livello del CCNL Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione Collettiva, Commerciale e Turismo, commisurato all'esperienza maturata. Range RAL: 23.000€ - 31.000€
