Cameriere/a di Sala

La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire un servizio di sala di elevata qualità, contribuendo a offrire agli ospiti un'esperienza di accoglienza e ristorazione all'altezza degli standard della struttura.

Principali responsabilità

  • Accoglienza e assistenza agli ospiti durante l'intero servizio.
  • Presentazione del menu e supporto nella scelta delle portate.
  • Consulenza sugli abbinamenti cibo-vino e conoscenza della carta dei vini.
  • Raccolta delle ordinazioni e gestione del servizio al tavolo.
  • Verifica e cura della mise en place di sala e bar.
  • Preparazione degli allestimenti per eventi, banchetti e manifestazioni.
  • Controllo delle scorte di sala e supporto alle attività operative nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e delle normative HACCP.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo di Chef de Rang.
  • Esperienza maturata in ristoranti à la carte e/o nel servizio banqueting.
  • Preferibile esperienza nelle attività di bar e preparazione di cocktail base.
  • Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di servizio e delle normative HACCP.
  • Buona conoscenza dei vini e degli abbinamenti enogastronomici.
  • Ottime doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un plus.
  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o titolo equivalente.

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo determinato full time di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga.
  • Inquadramento Livello C2.
  • RAL di €23.892,26 (comprensiva di tredicesima e quattordicesima).
