In ottica di potenziamento della Business Line, entrerai a far parte del team Food in qualità di Campionatore Alimentare Settore GDO e Ristorazione e ti occuperai di attività di campionamento in ambito alimentare presso i siti operativi dei clienti (GDO e ristorazione) per valutare la conformità dei Sistemi HACCP, Qualità e GMP nelle aziende alimentari di ristorazione e distribuzione alimentare.

Tra le attività principali:

  • Esaminare le istruzioni dell’assignment per verificarne la completezza, ai fini dell’esecuzione del servizio richiesto.
  • Attività di campionamento Alimenti, Acqua, Aria e Superficie presso i siti di produzione e somministrazione della ristorazione e della GDO
  • Attività di ispezione presso i siti di produzione e somministrazione della ristorazione e della GDO
  • Garantire che tutte le attività correlate in cui si è coinvolti siano eseguite in in conformità con i requisiti definiti nelle istruzioni di lavoro e nelle procedure di Intertek

Requirements

Are you the one?

  • un titolo di studio universitario in scienze alimentari o settori correlati.
  • dinamicità
  • capacità organizzativa dell’attività e applicazione metodica delle procedure specifiche di campionamento
  • buona attitudine alle relazioni con la clientela per mantenimento e sviluppo dei servizi
  • disponibilità a muoversi sul territorio
  • in possesso di Patente tipo B
