Ακαδημαϊκή Γραμματεία

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Οι κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης, περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Την επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας των ακαδημαϊκών διαδικασιών και την επικοινωνία με τα συνεργαζόμενα Βρετανικά Πανεπιστήμια.
  • Την διασφάλιση της αποδοτικής παροχής διοικητικής υποστήριξης στα ακαδημαϊκά προγράμματα σπουδών που θα ανατεθούν.
  • Την εύρυθμη και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση των σπουδαστών και του διδακτικού προσωπικού του Κολλεγίου στα ακαδημαϊκά προγράμματα που θα ανατεθούν.
  • Την ορθή τήρηση ηλεκτρονικού και φυσικού αρχείου για τα ακαδημαϊκά προγράμματα ευθύνης.
  • Την συνεργασία με τους υπευθύνους προγραμμάτων σπουδών καθώς και με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του Campus για την για την επίλυση ποικίλλων φοιτητικών ζητημάτων.
  • Την διασφάλιση της ορθής εφαρμογής πολιτικών και διαδικασιών που σχετίζονται με τη διοικητική λειτουργία του Κολλεγίου.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση εργασίας.
  • Άριστος χειρισμός της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο.
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ και τεχνολογιών υποστήριξης λειτουργίας γραφείου.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και εκτέλεσης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων (multi-tasking).
  • Αναπτυγμένες ικανότητες οργάνωσης και συντονισμού εργασιών και ομάδων.
  • Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα με κριτική σκέψη και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών.
  • Καλή γνώση του Βρετανικού συστήματος Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης.
