Ali Professional, divisione di ALI Lavoro specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di personale qualificato e parte di W Group, piattaforma HR internazionale, per HILE Srl, azienda cliente specializzata in automazione e impiantistica elettrica, con sede a Curtarolo (PD) e prossimo trasferimento a Camposampiero (PD), ricerca un:

Capo Cantiere Elettrico (ambito industriale e/o fotovoltaico )

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione delle attività di cantiere, in coordinamento con il responsabile dei lavori, il CSE, la Direzione Lavori ed il Project Manager;
  • Gestione degli operai dell’azienda e delle imprese subappaltatrici addette alla realizzazione delle opere civili e dei montaggi meccanici;
  • Gestione delle attività e del personale in sito, redazione di programmi esecutivi;
  • Attività di reportistica;
  • Relazione con le aziende clienti;
  • Gestione stato di avanzamento lavori (SAL);
  • Verifica contabilità di cantiere;
  • Interfaccia con il Project Manager per la soluzione di eventuali problematiche tecniche ed organizzative che dovessero sorgere in campo.

Requirements

  • Diploma di perito elettrotecnico o esperienza lavorativa significativa nel settore dell’impiantistica industriale;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata nell’installazione/manutenzione di impianti elettrici industriali;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di personale e di organizzazione del lavoro di terzi;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte giornaliere e settimanali per la gestione dei cantieri attivi in Veneto e fuori regione;
  • Conoscenza dei principi base di elettrotecnica;
  • Conoscenza di apparecchiature ed impianti elettrici in BT ed MT (trasformatori, interruttori, sezionatori e protezioni elettriche);
  • Capacità di utilizzo della attrezzatura tipica (tester di tensione, multimetri e dispositivi di misurazione speciali, tagliacavi e spellafili, pinze e tronchesi laterali, sonde tira cavo, trapano..);
  • Nomina di persona esperta PES per lavori di natura elettrica (preferibile);
  • Esperienza di automazione industriale (preferibile);
  • Senso pratico ed iniziativa per risolvere i problemi di cantiere;
  • Capacità di lettura degli schemi elettrici unifilari e multifilari.
