The posting

Per azienda strutturata operante nella progettazione e realizzazione di strutture e impianti destinati al settore dell'allevamento, ricerchiamo un/una:

COORDINATORE OPERATIVO DI SALDATURA

La risorsa sarà inserita presso il plant produttivo di Erbè (VR), dedicato principalmente alla realizzazione di strutture e travi saldate, e avrà la responsabilità di coordinare operativamente un team composto da circa 7 addetti.

Cerchiamo una figura che conosca concretamente il mondo della saldatura e della carpenteria, abituata a lavorare a stretto contatto con gli operatori e che sia in grado di rappresentare un punto di riferimento autorevole per il reparto.

Principali responsabilità

Rispondendo direttamente all'Operation Manager, la persona si occuperà di:

  • organizzare e coordinare quotidianamente le attività delle risorse presenti in reparto;
  • assegnare il lavoro agli operatori in funzione delle priorità produttive;
  • monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle lavorazioni e il rispetto delle tempistiche;
  • intervenire e supportare il personale nella gestione delle problematiche operative;
  • garantire ordine, organizzazione ed efficienza del reparto;
  • gestire priorità ed eventuali criticità legate alla produzione;
  • confrontarsi costantemente con l'Operation Manager sull'andamento delle attività;
  • contribuire al miglioramento dell'organizzazione e dell'efficienza dei processi produttivi.

Requirements

La ricerca è rivolta a candidati con una solida esperienza pratica in saldatura e/o carpenteria metallica, che abbiano maturato una precedente esperienza nel coordinamento di personale operativo.

In particolare, sono richiesti:

  • buona conoscenza pratica delle lavorazioni di saldatura e carpenteria;
  • precedente esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di una squadra di lavoro;
  • capacità di organizzare attività, carichi di lavoro e priorità;
  • autorevolezza e capacità di essere riconosciuti come punto di riferimento dal team;
  • capacità di affrontare e risolvere problematiche operative;
  • buone doti comunicative e relazionali nella gestione degli operatori;
  • approccio concreto, pragmatico e fortemente orientato alla produzione.

Saranno valutati con particolare interesse anche capi squadra, capi reparto o figure senior provenienti da reparti di saldatura/carpenteria interessati a intraprendere un percorso di crescita e ad assumere un maggiore livello di responsabilità.
