CAPO REPARTO

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del reparto produttivo e avrà la responsabilità di coordinare le attività operative e il personale assegnato, garantendo il rispetto degli obiettivi di produzione, degli standard qualitativi e delle tempistiche previste.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

  • Coordinare e supervisionare il personale di produzione del reparto di riferimento, favorendo la collaborazione e l'efficienza del team;
  • Organizzare le attività produttive, distribuendo le risorse in funzione delle priorità e dei carichi di lavoro;
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento della produzione, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure aziendali;
  • Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per ottimizzare i flussi di lavoro e gestire eventuali criticità operative;
  • Individuare possibili interventi di miglioramento nell'organizzazione del reparto e nell'efficienza dei processi;
  • Supportare la crescita e lo sviluppo delle competenze del personale, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato ai risultati.

Requirements

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento della produzione, preferibilmente come Capo Reparto, Responsabile di Produzione o Capo Linea;
  • Provenienza da realtà industriali del settore legno e arredamento, falegnamerie strutturate o contesti produttivi affini;
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi di lavorazione del legno e/o di produzione di mobili e componenti d'arredo;
  • Capacità di organizzare il lavoro, gestire le priorità e coordinare team operativi;
  • Autorevolezza, concretezza, orientamento al risultato e buone capacità relazionali;
  • Attitudine al problem solving e al miglioramento continuo.
