Ali Professional, per conto di una importante realtà leader nel settore della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata, è alla ricerca di un/una Capo Reparto Macelleria con solida esperienza nel settore, a cui affidare la gestione completa di un del reparto in uno store di grande dimensioni.

Principali Responsabilità

Il/La candidato/a ideale si occuperà della gestione strategica, operativa ed economica del reparto, rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione dello Store. Nello specifico, le sue mansioni comprenderanno:

  • Gestione Commerciale e Margini: Monitoraggio del conto economico del reparto, raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato, gestione dei margini e contenimento degli sprechi (sfridi).
  • Gestione del Personale: Coordinamento, pianificazione dei turni, formazione e motivazione del team di reparto (macellai e addetti al banco).
  • Approvvigionamento e Stock: Gestione degli ordini della merce, controllo delle scorte e pianificazione delle attività promozionali in sinergia con i buyer aziendali.
  • Qualità e Sicurezza: Supervisione del rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP), della sicurezza sul lavoro e della corretta catena del freddo.
  • Operatività di Reparto: Coordinamento di allestimento del banco (assistito e a libero servizio), cura del visual merchandising, supervisione delle attività dei collaboratori.

Requirements

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza (almeno 3-5 anni) nel ruolo di Capo Reparto Macelleria, maturata preferibilmente all'interno di contesti strutturati della GDO (ipermercati o supermercati di grandi dimensioni).
  • Competenze Tecniche: Profonda conoscenza delle tecniche di taglio e disosso (carni bovine, suine, avicole), dei canali di approvvigionamento e delle normative HACCP.
  • Competenze Gestionali: Ottima capacità di lettura del conto economico di reparto (Kpi di vendita, margini, inventari).
  • Soft Skills: Leadership autorevole, eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali, forte orientamento al cliente e al problem solving.
  • Flessibilità: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni festivi, in linea con le esigenze del settore GDO.
