Ali Professional sta supportando azienda del settore Food and Beverage nella ricerca di un Capo Turno Produzione, figura che avrà la responsabilità di coordinare il personale di turno e garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività produttive nel rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza ed efficienza.

Attività principali

  • Coordinare e gestire il team di produzione (circa 5 operatori), organizzando le attività del turno e garantendo il rispetto del piano produttivo, delle tempistiche e degli obiettivi di efficienza.
  • Supervisionare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti produttivi, effettuando le prime verifiche tecniche e intervenendo, ove possibile, nella risoluzione di piccole anomalie meccaniche, in collaborazione con la manutenzione.
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità, delle procedure aziendali e delle normative in materia di sicurezza e igiene alimentare.
  • Monitorare l'andamento della produzione, gestire il passaggio di consegne tra i turni e compilare la reportistica relativa alle attività svolte e alle eventuali criticità.
  • Supportare operativamente il reparto quando necessario, promuovendo la collaborazione del team e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi.

Requirements

  • Esperienza pregressa come Capo Turno, Team Leader o Coordinatore di Produzione, preferibilmente nel settore alimentare o beverage.
  • Capacità di coordinamento e gestione del personale.
  • Buone competenze tecniche e conoscenze di base in ambito meccanico per effettuare prime diagnosi e piccoli interventi sugli impianti.
  • Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, gestendo le priorità e le eventuali criticità produttive.
  • Disponibilità al lavoro su tre turni: (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00)
  • Disponibilità al lavoro il sabato durante il periodo estivo.
