Requirements

Responsabilità:

  • Realizzazione delle preparazioni di pasticceria seguendo rigorosamente le ricette, le grammature e gli standard estetici stabiliti dall'Executive Chef.
  • Gestione organizzata della propria partita, garantendo precisione, ordine e pulizia in ogni fase della lavorazione.
  • Mantenimento costante dell'altissima qualità delle preparazioni, assicurando che ogni dessert sia replicato con esattezza.
  • Controllo delle scorte e corretta gestione delle materie prime, ottimizzando le risorse e riducendo gli sprechi.
  • Rispetto scrupoloso delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e degli standard di sicurezza alimentare richiesti.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Comprovata esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Pastry Chef de Partie, preferibilmente all'interno di contesti fine dining o di lusso strutturati.
  • Attitudine alla metodicità e forte propensione a lavorare secondo procedure standardizzate, garantendo un'esecuzione tecnica impeccabile e fedele alla linea.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di mantenere la costanza qualitativa nel tempo.
  • Affidabilità, puntualità e capacità di mantenere la massima operatività in contesti ad alta esigenza formale.
  • Orientamento al lavoro di squadra all'interno di una brigata organizzata.

Benefits

Cosa Offriamo:

  • Contratto: Tempo determinato di 6 mesi con concreta finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
  • CCNL di riferimento: 4° livello CCNL Turismo.
  • Retribuzione: RAL compresa tra 25.000 € e 30.000 €, commisurata all'effettiva esperienza e competenza del/della candidato/a.
  • Ambiente: Un contesto lavorativo strutturato, metodico e di altissimo livello organizzativo.
  • Luogo di lavoro: Milano (Fashion District).

Orario di lavoro: Full Time su turni unici mattutini
