Position: Car Wash Franchise Operator Location: Various locations Sydney QLD & NSW Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive base salary with potential for significant earnings through performance.

About the Role

As a Car Wash Franchise Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating your own franchise in our network. You will oversee day-to-day operations which include staff management, customer service excellence, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality wash standards. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the car wash franchise, including staff supervision and training.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct financial planning and manage budgets and expenses.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards and best practices.
  • Market the franchise to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management or a similar role preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a franchise model or as a business owner.
