Aureol Global Connections is looking for experienced Carpenters with a specialization in working with timber to join our professional team. In this role, you will focus on the construction, installation, and finishing of timber structures and components, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications. Your expertise in timber carpentry will be essential in delivering durable and aesthetically pleasing woodwork solutions across various projects. Responsibilities

  • Construct, install, and repair timber structures such as frames, flooring, roofing, and joinery.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans related to timber carpentry.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber materials with precision using appropriate tools and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the carpentry process.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and uphold a clean and safe work environment.
  • Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to timber carpentry work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter specializing in timber work.
  • Strong understanding of timber properties, carpentry techniques, and tools specific to timber work.
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to timber carpentry.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle timber materials and woodworking tools.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work productively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to different job sites as needed.
