Οι αρμοδιότητες σας

  • Διασφαλίζετε την εύρυθμη και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία του καταστήματος
  • Ελέγχετε την τήρηση και εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών σύμφωνα με την πολιτική της εταιρείας
  • Παρακολουθείτε τις πωλήσεις και έχετε ενεργή συμμετοχή στην επίτευξη των στόχων του καταστήματος
  • Διασφαλίζετε υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών συμβάλλοντας στη δημιουργία σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης
  • Διαχειρίζεστε και συντονίζετε τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του καταστήματος (παραγγελίες, παραλαβές, διαθεσιμότητα κα)
  • Συντονίζετε και εκπαιδεύετε τα μέλη της ομάδας συνεργατών με στόχο την μέγιστη ανάπτυξη τους
  • Έχετε τη γενικότερη εικόνα του καταστήματος και διαφύλαξη της εταιρικής εικόνας

Requirements

Το προφίλ σας

  • Ιδανικά έχετε σπουδές ΑΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ στα Οικονομικά ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
  • Η προϋπηρεσία σας είναι τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στο κλάδο του λιανεμπορίου
  • Έχετε αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ανάπτυξης πωλήσεων & επίτευξης στόχων
  • Διαθέτετε απαραιτήτως εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδας
  • Μπορείτε να χειρίζεστε άριστα H/Y & να επικοινωνείτε στην αγγλική γλώσσα
  • Διακρίνεστε για τις ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες σας
  • Αναπτύσσετε πρωτοβουλίες και επιλύετε προβλήματα
  • Έχετε ικανότητες οργάνωσης και προγραμματισμού
  • Υπάρχει από την πλευρά σας η δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
