Buscamos un Category Marketing Manager responsable de obtener un crecimiento sostenido de las marcas a cargo mediante el planteamiento y ejecución de estrategias por casa matriz, reflejando resultados en mayor volumen de ventas y posicionamiento de marca, garantizando la correcta inversión del A&P para la rentabilidad de la compañía.

Como Category Marketing Manager serás responsable de:

  • Implementar y desarrollar el plan estratégico de las marcas a cargo, transmitiendo los lineamientos a su equipo y garantizando la ejecución para lograr los resultados esperados.
  • Establecer el plan de mercadeo de las marcas junto con su equipo y garantizar la correcta ejecución del presupuesto asignado.
  • Garantizar que los Gerentes de Marca a cargo lideren, planeen y ejecuten actividades, promociones y eventos patrocinados por la compañía.
  • Liderar la relación con las casas matrices, asegurando alineación estratégica y cumplimiento de compromisos.
  • Realizar seguimiento y control de la inversión de A&P, garantizando el retorno esperado (ROI).
  • Elaborar y presentar informes cuantitativos y cualitativos a la gerencia general.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Gerentes de Marca a su cargo.

Requirements

  • Profesional en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, con especialización en Mercadeo.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en el área de Mercadeo y manejo de marcas de consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y relacionamiento directo con casas matrices internacionales.
  • Competencias: liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico, capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados, habilidades de presentación ante alta gerencia.
  • Inglés avanzado
