The posting

As part of STIIIZY LLC Security Operations, the CCTV Asset Protection Associate helps proactively protect company employees, property, cash, inventory, and other assets through CCTV surveillance, access control review, security report auditing, and loss prevention investigations.

Working from the Headquarters office, this part-time position supports a company-wide surveillance environment of more than 3,000 cameras. The primary focus is cameras, access control, reports, and audits rather than alarm monitoring. The associate will review live and recorded CCTV footage, conduct targeted and random camera audits, review access control activity and security guard reports, identify policy violations or suspicious activity, and assist with investigations involving cash discrepancies, missing assets, theft, and other preventable losses. This position is intended to be developed into a Loss Prevention / Asset Protection Associate and will work under the direction of the Security Manager and Security Systems Operator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activity, theft, policy violations, unauthorized access, and other potential loss prevention concerns.
  • Conduct targeted and random CCTV audits across company locations.
  • Review surveillance footage related to cash discrepancies, missing inventory, missing company assets, suspected theft, employee misconduct, and other unexplained losses.
  • Assist with camera audits and investigations involving cash handling, inventory movement, and loss of company assets.
  • Conduct access control audits to identify unauthorized access, unusual access patterns, improper badge usage, door violations, and other access-related concerns.
  • Review security guard reports and activity to verify compliance with company policies, post orders, patrol requirements, and assigned responsibilities.
  • Audit security reports for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and potential concerns requiring additional review.
  • Identify and document company policy or security procedure violations observed through CCTV, access control systems, or security reports.
  • Provide footage review as requested and preserve relevant video for authorized investigations.
  • Prepare clear and detailed incident reports, CCTV review reports, audit findings, and investigative summaries.
  • Document relevant dates, times, camera numbers, locations, observations, and other information needed to establish investigative timelines.
  • Escalate suspected theft, significant asset loss, serious policy violations, unauthorized access, or other high-risk findings to Security Management.
  • Report camera outages, obstructed views, poor camera positioning, recording issues, or other surveillance deficiencies to the Security Systems Operator.
  • Maintain accurate records of surveillance reviews, audits, investigations, findings, and outstanding security concerns.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance footage, investigations, employee information, access control data, and company assets.
  • Perform work under direct supervision and refer complex or sensitive issues to the Security Manager or Security Systems Operator.
  • Remain diligent, punctual, observant, and ready to work.
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of Asset Protection and Security Department objectives assigned by supervisor.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
