The posting

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) Social Média Senior. Votre rôle sera d'accompagner les clients de l'agence dans la définition de leur stratégie de communication online, en collaboration avec différents consultants.

Au quotidien, vous gérerez notamment les missions suivantes :

Gestion quotidienne des comptes clients Gestion globale de la relation client Gestion de la planification stratégique des comptes clients avec une vision de long terme Gérer les rapports d’activités, à l’interne comme à l’externe Aller au delà de la gestion de profils sociaux et s’assurer que celle-ci soit en phase avec la stratégie globale et les lignes éditoriales Gestion quotidienne de votre équipe ainsi que de leurs missions, et veiller au développement des compétences des collaborateurs sous votre responsabilité en les aidant à atteindre leurs objectifs Veiller à ce que toutes vos activités ainsi que celles de votre équipe soient conformes aux process Participation active aux new business dans le cadre de la production de documents et/ou de pitch Rédaction de reportings et de présentations de qualité pour vos clients Gestion d’événements, de planning, et de l’élaboration des stratégies Développement et planification proactive de campagnes créatives pour les clients actuels et prospects Mener les recherches requises pour les new business et la planification de campagnes Gestion des budgets clients et prospects Gestion de vos priorités ainsi que de celles de votre équipe

Requirements

3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum, en agence (idéalement en agence interactive ou social media), avec une première expérience de management

Passionné(e) par le monde du web et plus particulièrement par les médias sociaux

Vous êtes doté(e) d’excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles, d’une orthographe irréprochable, vous êtes à l'aise tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral et vous maîtrisez l’anglais

Vous êtes enthousiaste, créatif(ve), curieux(se), dynamique, réfléchi(e) et rigoureux(se)

Vous aimez travailler en équipe

Vous maîtrisez la suite Google, le Pack Office (plus spécifiquement Excel et PowerPoint), et les outils informatiques en général
