We Are Social, agence créative née de l'ère du web social, recrute un.e Directeur.trice Artistique pour accompagner sa croissance.

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité des Directeur.rice.s de Création et intégré.e au pôle créatif, vous participerez aux différentes étapes de création de contenus social media et digitaux, de la prise de brief à la réalisation, en passant par la réflexion créative :

  • En étroite collaboration avec les concepteurs-rédacteurs et dans le respect de la stratégie éditoriale et de la stratégie de marque des clients, vous allez concevoir, scénariser et produire des projets de haute qualité :
  • Sur les réseaux sociaux (activations, posts simples ou formats complexes 360°, calendriers éditoriaux…)
  • Communication (film TV, film web, affichage…)
  • Créer des contenus créatifs et engageants au quotidien pour les plateformes de notre client (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook et YouTube) : conception, rédaction, montage natif si nécessaire sur CapCut / TikTok / Reels
  • Accompagner un.e ou plusieurs Assistants DA Junior dans leur conception graphique pour vos clients
  • Repérer les tendances / opportunités pour la marque et proposer, concevoir et produire des contenus réactifs pertinents de façon hebdomadaire (bonne connaissance des trends)
  • Incarnation d’une partie des contenus, en facecam, à l’agence ou en extérieur, participer aux shootings de création de contenus (TikTok, Insta…)
  • Participation à l’élaboration de campagnes et activations pour les comptes actuels de l’agence et dans le cadre d’appels d’offre
  • Attentifs aux évolutions du métier et du secteur, vous partagez et transmettez les tendances créatives à l’ensemble de l’équipe.

Requirements

  • Diplômé(e)s d’une école d’Art Appliqué ou Art Graphique, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie et significative dans une ou plusieures agences digitales ou publicitaires reconnues d’au moins 3-4 ans (hors stages & alternances)
  • Vous avez réalisé des projets de marque à forte visibilité et vous êtes à l’aise sur tous types de sujets
  • Vous savez créer des campagnes des plus classiques aux plus extravagantes
  • Vous possédez une forte culture social média et publicitaire
  • Vous maîtrisez les subtilités des différents réseaux sociaux, leurs usages et leurs innovations technologiques
  • Vous êtes curieux.se et créatif.ve
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit).

Compétences spécifiques :

  • Être capable de travailler de manière efficace sur plusieurs projets en parallèle
  • Avoir le sens du détail et faire preuve d’une rigueur irréprochable
  • Savoir gérer son temps et assurer le respect des délais impartis.
