Unisciti al nostro team in qualità di Certification Officer - Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 ed entra a far parte della nostra Business Line Electrical.

Electrical supporta aziende e organizzazioni attraverso servizi di testing, ispezione e certificazione, garantendo conformità ai principali requisiti normativi e standard internazionali. In questo ruolo contribuirai allo sviluppo e alla gestione delle attività di certificazione legate al nuovo Regolamento Macchine (UE) 2023/1230, all'interno del nostro Organismo Notificato.

Cosa ti aspetta:

Entrerai a far parte di un team altamente specializzato e avrai un ruolo chiave nella gestione e nella revisione tecnica dei fascicoli di certificazione, assicurando che i processi siano svolti nel rispetto dei requisiti normativi e dei principi di indipendenza e imparzialità richiesti agli Organismi Notificati.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • gestire e valutare le richieste di certificazione nell'ambito del Regolamento Macchine (UE) 2023/1230;
  • analizzare fascicoli tecnici, valutazioni dei rischi, documentazione progettuale e rapporti di prova;
  • verificare l'applicazione delle norme armonizzate e dei requisiti essenziali di salute e sicurezza;
  • effettuare la revisione tecnica delle attività svolte da auditor e technical assessor;
  • emettere decisioni di certificazione basate su evidenze oggettive e nel rispetto dei requisiti di imparzialità;
  • gestire rinnovi, estensioni, modifiche, sospensioni o revoche delle certificazioni;
  • supportare le attività di accreditamento e sviluppo dello schema di certificazione;
  • fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti durante la transizione dalla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE al nuovo Regolamento Macchine;
  • contribuire alla formazione interna e all'aggiornamento tecnico del team.

Requirements

Cosa ricerchiamo:

Unə professionista con esperienza in ambito certificazione di prodotto, sicurezza macchine, testing o compliance normativa, con i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Elettronica, dell'Automazione, Meccatronica, Industriale o discipline equivalenti;
  • esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in attività di certificazione, laboratorio prove, sicurezza macchine, qualità/regolatorio o progettazione di macchinari e sistemi di sicurezza;
  • esperienza nell'analisi di fascicoli tecnici e valutazioni dei rischi secondo la Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e/o il Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230;
  • buona conoscenza delle principali norme applicabili alla sicurezza macchine, quali EN ISO 12100, EN ISO 13849, EN IEC 62061 ed EN 60204-1;
  • capacità di valutare criticamente documentazione tecnica, report di prova ed evidenze di conformità;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • buona familiarità con strumenti Office e sistemi di gestione documentale.

Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza pregressa presso un Organismo Notificato o un Organismo di Certificazione accreditato;
  • conoscenze o certificazioni in ambito Functional Safety;
  • qualifica Auditor o Lead Auditor ISO 9001;
  • esperienza nell'esecuzione di audit di sorveglianza presso siti produttivi;
  • conoscenza delle procedure Accredia e dei processi di notifica NANDO;
  • esperienza in uno o più settori specifici del comparto machinery;
  • conoscenza delle applicazioni di Intelligenza Artificiale e Machine Learning nei sistemi di sicurezza;
  • conoscenza di una terza lingua europea (tedesco, francese o spagnolo).
