In this role, you will work closely with North American cellular carriers, internal R&D teams, and certification partners to support the approval, validation, and integration of Teltonika Networks cellular networking products.

You will closely work with Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Product Compliance team to ensure the successful certification and deployment of industrial routers, gateways, and IoT connectivity devices across North American carrier networks.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform carrier self-tests, validation procedures, and interoperability testing for cellular networking devices.
  • Execute hands-on troubleshooting of LTE and 5G connectivity issues related to modem behavior, network registration, data sessions, roaming, APN configuration, and carrier-specific requirements.
  • Analyze modem logs, system logs, network traces, and other diagnostic information to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate technical issue resolution with Teltonika’s Networking Solutions software engineering, R&D, and product compliance teams.
  • Communicate directly with carrier certification teams, external laboratories, and technical representatives during certification and validation activities.
  • Prepare and manage certification-related documentation, technical reports, and application materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between Teltonika USA, mobile network operators, external certification partners, and Headquarters in Lithuania.

What we expect from you:

  • Technical or engineering education or background.
  • Understanding of telecommunication systems, networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewall principles), and basic internet technologies (WWW, FTP, etc.).
  • At least 12 months of hands-on experience with networking devices and cellular technologies (4G/5G/5G RedCap), including network authentication methods and data session establishment.
  • Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and produce well-structured documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with embedded, Linux-based OpenWRT operating systems.
  • Knowledge and ability to use AT commands.
  • Previous experience with carrier approval processes, or certification laboratories is considered a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with cellular routers, gateways, modems, or IoT devices; familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, iperf, or modem utilities is considered an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
