General Position Summary:

The role will support the marketing activity of Focusrite Group's Content Creation brands, including Focusrite, Novation, ADAM Audio, Sequential and Oberheim.

Reporting to the Senior Channel Marketing Manager FGEMEA, the Channel Marketing Coordinator DACH will own the day-to-day channel marketing relationship across the direct-to- reseller network in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

The role will translate both regional FGEMEA and Global brand marketing strategies into effective local activity, ensuring consistent and effective representation of our brands and products across reseller stores, digital and e-commerce channels, local media, and artist, creator and influencer networks.

Working closely with Sales, Brand, Localisation, Events and external partners, the Channel Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute campaigns, product launches, promotions and partner marketing activity that support demand generation, sell-through and brand marketing objectives.

The role will manage both proactive marketing plans and reactive partner requirements, prioritising activity according to commercial opportunity, product priorities and regional focuses.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with our DACH resellers, ensuring timely planning, communication, delivery and follow-up of marketing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the local Sales team to identify commercial opportunities, aligning marketing activity with revenue and sell-through priorities.
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns and promotional activity, ensuring relevant assets, messaging and partner deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Conduct regular audits of priority reseller partners, assessing brand representation, campaign execution, product content, promotional activity and adherence to agreed marketing plans.
  • Confidently oversee multiple brands and partners, implementing efficiencies and prioritisation methods to maximise impact.
  • Develop and/or adapt proactive marketing plans that align with regional strategies and individual brand objectives.
  • Work with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, FGEMEA and Head of Marketing, FGEMEA to understand regional priorities, devising and executing suitable campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Support the regional Events Manager in the planning and execution of key local events, including logistics and on-site delivery, particularly in the DACH and BNLX regions.
  • Work with our Localisation Manager to ensure global and regional campaign assets are tailored for German-language markets and meet local partner requirements.
  • Develop relationships with local-language media partners to secure PR, editorial and promotional opportunities that support brand and product awareness.
  • Work alongside Brand Managers to build relationships with local artists, creators and influencers, identifying opportunities to support product demand and brand awareness.

Essential experience & skills:

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English - additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous experience within a trade marketing or channel marketing role, ideally within a Music Technology, Consumer Electronics, or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong project and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail/e-commerce environments and the principles of strong brand representation.
  • Experience supporting events and/or partner activations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally.

Personal attributes:

  • Commercially minded and proactive.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Confident managing external relationships.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Able to prioritise competing requests and make sensible decisions about where to invest time and resources.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
