The posting

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chargé d'Affaires (H/F) pour rejoindre l'équipe Construction Navale de l'un de nos clients.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez pour mission de gérer et suivre des projets de construction navale.

Voici un aperçu de vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer le suivi technique, budgétaire et contractuel des projets qui vous sont confiés.
  • Coordonner les efforts entre les équipes internes, les chantiers de production, les fournisseurs et le client.
  • Superviser les approvisionnements, la production, les essais et le processus d'acceptation.
  • Participer à la gestion des modifications, au retour d'expérience et à l'amélioration continue.
  • Veiller à respecter les exigences en matière de qualité, de sécurité, de coûts et de délais.

De plus, vous serez amené à effectuer des déplacements réguliers en Europe (environ une fois par mois) pour visiter les sites de nos fournisseurs, et plus fréquemment sur le site de construction en France.

Requirements

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur (Bac+5) ou expérience significative en gestion de projet dans le domaine naval.
  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en encadrement technique ou en bureau d’études/production.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes et standards de la construction navale.
  • Excellente organisation, sens du reporting, capacité d’anticipation et pragmatisme.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
