Solution SFT cherche des Chargés de projet, niveau senior, spécialisés affaires ,dans ce poste vous interviendrez dans le cadre d'un projet client qui relève du secteur public dans la ville du Québec .

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

• Gestion des échéanciers, budgets et portée : élaboration et suivi d'échéanciers, gestion des budgets et de la portée.

• Coordination des parties prenantes : coordination des équipes techniques et collaboration avec les parties prenantes (métier et TI).

• Gestion des risques, incidents et dépendances liés aux infrastructures : identification, suivi et gestion.

• Gestion des livrables : suivi de la progression et ajustement en fonction des écarts.

• Analyse et alignement d'affaires : analyse des besoins d'affaires, traduction en exigences technologiques, prise en compte des enjeux d'affaires liés aux TI et contribution à l'alignement des solutions TI avec les objectifs organisationnels.

• Appui à la décision : participation à des activités de prise de décision en intégrant les impacts TI.

  • Assurer l’alignement entre projets et objectifs d’affaires;
  • Suivre la performance (coûts, délais, bénéfices);
  • Participer aux décisions stratégiques;
  • Produire des analyses et recommandations;
  • Contribuer à la gestion de portefeuille;
  • Assurer la communication avec les parties prenantes.

Exigences :

• Cumuler 10 années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, dont 8 années à titre de chargé de projet affaires.

• Avoir agi à titre de chargé de projet dans deux mandats de mise en œuvre TI de 1 000 j-p chacun, avec un minimum de 200 j-p réalisés par mandat, incluant la coordination d'équipes multidisciplinaires.

• Avoir agi dans deux mandats de 2 000 j-p, pour un minimum de 220 j-p, à titre de chargé de projet affaires, dans un contexte organisationnel et de projets TI comparable à celui de l'organisation.

Atouts :

• Trois années d'expérience avec une méthodologie de développement telle que Macroscope, P+, le Guide vert, le DID, le GPS ou tout autre équivalent.

• Maîtrise en gestion de projet ou certification PMI (PMP).

• Deux années d'expérience dans la gestion financière et le suivi d'une planification de projet avec l'outil MS Project.
