Description de fonction

Pour accompagner notre croissance constante et notre forte ambition de développement sur les marchés porteurs de la protection contre les nuisibles et de l’hygiène, nous recherchons un(e):

CHARGE DE RECOUVREMENT SENIOR H/F - Basé(e) à Ducos en Martinique

Hiérarchiquement rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière Antilles-Guyane, vous êtes en charge du recouvrement clients. Pour cela, vous intervenez auprès de personnes en situation d'impayés et négociez avec eux, par téléphone et sur place la mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées en vue de régulariser leur situation.

Vos principales missions:

  • Suivre un portefeuille de clients et relancer ceux qui ont des factures impayées
  • Comprendre les raisons des impayés et trouver des solutions pour obtenir le paiement
  • Contacter les clients par téléphone, email ou directement afin de récupérer les paiements
  • Négocier des échéanciers de paiement lorsque c’est nécessaire
  • Travailler avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles pour résoudre les litiges et faciliter les encaissements
  • Mettre à jour les informations dans les dossiers clients
  • Déposer les factures sur CHORUS et sur les portails clients
  • Lettrer les comptes clients
  • Enregistrer les paiements reçus

Requirements

Profil

De formation Bac +3 minimum en comptabilité, gestion ou finance, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative (5 à 10 ans minimum) dans le recouvrement, idéalement dans un environnement BtoB et groupe.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • votre capacité à gérer des dossiers sensibles ou complexes
  • votre force de négociation et votre persévérance
  • votre sens des résultats et votre autonomie
  • votre rigueur dans le suivi des dossiers
  • votre aisance relationnelle, y compris dans des situations de tension

Une connaissance des portails clients publics (CHORUS) et des outils de gestion du recouvrement constitue un atout.

Nous recherchons avant tout un profil expérimenté, opérationnel et orienté résultats, capable d’avoir un impact rapide sur la performance de recouvrement.
