The posting

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chargé de trésorerie senior pour gérer efficacement nos liquidités, maximiser notre rentabilité financière et superviser l'ensemble des opérations de trésorerie. Vous serez responsable de la planification et de la gestion des flux de trésorerie, d'assurer que l'entreprise dispose de suffisamment de fonds pour répondre à ses obligations financières. Ce rôle requiert une solide expertise en gestion financière et une compréhension approfondie des marchés financiers. Si vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à prendre des décisions stratégiques et à travailler sous pression, nous serions ravis de vous avoir dans notre équipe.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les opérations de trésorerie quotidiennes, y compris la gestion des comptes bancaires et des flux de trésorerie.
  • Élaborer des prévisions de trésorerie et une analyse des besoins financiers à court et à long terme.
  • Assurer la bonne gestion des placements de trésorerie afin de maximiser le rendement sur les écarts de liquidité.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les départements internes pour assurer la conformité des processus financiers avec les politiques de l'entreprise.
  • Évaluer les risques de liquidité et développer des stratégies pour atténuer ceux-ci.
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers sur la situation de trésorerie et présenter les résultats à la direction.

Requirements

  • Diplôme en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de trésorerie ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Solide compréhension des marchés financiers et des produits de trésorerie.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacités de prise de décision.
  • Compétences avancées en matière de logiciels de gestion de trésorerie et de tableurs (Excel).
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais stricts.
  • Expérience internationale ou dans un environnement multiculturel serait un atout.
