Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé RH pour superviser tous les aspects des pratiques et processus des ressources humaines Qu'est-ce qu'un(e) responsable RH ressources humaines ? Pour nous, le/la responsable RH ressources humaines est la personne clé pour toutes les questions liées aux employés. Cela signifie que vos fonctions en tant que responsable RH ressources humaines consisteront à gérer des activités telles que la conception des postes, le recrutement, les relations avec les employés, la gestion des performances, la formation et le développement et la gestion des talents. Le poste de responsable RH ressources humaines est très important pour la réussite de l'entreprise. Responsibilities

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et projets RH correspondant à la stratégie globale de l'entreprise
  • Faire le lien dans les relations entre la direction et les employés, en traitant les demandes, revendications et autres problèmes
  • Gérer les processus de recrutement et de sélection
  • Soutenir les besoins actuels et futurs de l'entreprise via le développement, l'implication, la motivation et la préservation du capital humain
  • Élaborer et contrôler des stratégies, systèmes, tactiques et procédures HR globales dans toute l'organisation
  • Entretenir un environnement de travail positif
  • Superviser et gérer un système d'évaluation des performances qui génère d'excellents résultats
  • Tenir à jour les plans salariaux et programmes d'avantages
  • Évaluer les besoins en formation pour appliquer et contrôler les programmes de formation
  • Rendre des comptes à la direction et fournir une aide à la décision par le biais des chiffres des RH

Requirements

  • Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que responsable RH ressources humaines ou à un autre poste de cadre dans les RH
  • Expérience confirmée des chiffres des ressources humaines
