The posting

Nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) de Développement RH / Talent Acquisition Specialist afin d’accompagner la structuration et le déploiement des projets RH, avec un focus particulier sur le recrutement, l’intégration, la formation et le suivi des initiatives RH.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous interviendrez sur des sujets à forte valeur ajoutée, en lien direct avec les équipes opérationnelles et les fonctions support.

Missions principales

Recrutement & intégration

  • Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la politique de recrutement.
  • Analyser les besoins en recrutement avec les managers et les équipes concernées.
  • Rédiger et diffuser les offres d’emploi sur les canaux adaptés.
  • Identifier, approcher et sélectionner les candidats via les méthodes de sourcing les plus pertinentes.
  • Conduire les entretiens de présélection et assurer le suivi des candidatures.
  • Participer au processus d’intégration des nouvelles recrues.
  • Assurer une expérience candidat fluide, professionnelle et qualitative.

Formation

  • Contribuer à la définition et au pilotage du plan de formation.
  • Participer à l’élaboration du budget formation.
  • Identifier et hiérarchiser les actions de formation selon les priorités RH et business.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et opérationnel des actions de formation.
  • Mesurer l’efficacité des formations mises en place.

Projets RH & reporting

  • Suivre les projets RH en cours et contribuer à leur bonne exécution.
  • Accompagner les responsables opérationnels et fonctionnels impliqués dans les projets RH.
  • Mesurer les résultats obtenus et les comparer aux objectifs définis.
  • Préparer les reportings RH à destination de la hiérarchie.
  • Identifier les obstacles rencontrés et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus RH.

Requirements

  • Diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce, de management ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation RH appréciée.
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en développement RH, recrutement, talent acquisition ou gestion de projets RH.
  • Expérience acquise en cabinet de conseil RH, cabinet de recrutement ou en entreprise.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux RH, notamment recrutement, intégration, formation et accompagnement des projets.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés, notamment managers opérationnels, fonctions support et direction RH.
  • Excellentes qualités d’analyse, de communication et de synthèse.
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Français courant exigé. L’anglais est un plus.
