The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client recherche un(e) Chargé(e) dev RH basé(e) à Rabat.

Missions

Rattaché(e) à la fonction RH, vous intervenez sur un périmètre à la fois recrutement et formation, avec pour principales responsabilités :

Recrutement

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins en recrutement auprès des managers
  • Rédiger et diffuser les annonces sur les canaux appropriés
  • Sourcer, présélectionner et conduire les premiers entretiens
  • Assurer le suivi du processus de recrutement jusqu’à l’intégration des candidats retenus
  • Garantir une expérience candidat fluide et de qualité
  • Mettre à jour les outils de reporting liés à l’activité recrutement

Formation

  • Recueillir et consolider les besoins en formation
  • Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi du plan de formation
  • Coordonner l’organisation logistique et administrative des actions de formation
  • Assurer le suivi des sessions réalisées et l’évaluation des actions menées
  • Suivre les indicateurs liés à la formation et produire les reportings nécessaires
  • Participer aux projets de développement des compétences et aux actions RH transverses

Requirements

  • Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, gestion ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 3 à 6 ans dans une fonction similaire
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus de recrutement et de formation
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de coordination et de communication
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des tableaux de suivi/reporting
