LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Établir les besoins des divers secteurs de l’usine en termes d’aménagement ou d’infrastructures;
  • Présenter les projets aux entités internes et communiquer leurs avancements;
  • Développer et choisir des solutions novatrices tout en respectant les besoins des clients;
  • Respecter les règles en termes de santé, sécurité et environnement et intervenir aux besoins;
  • Assurer que les livrables soient conformes aux plans et devis et respecter les échéanciers;
  • Planifier plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les enjeux et contraintes des opérations;
  • Gérer les travaux sous votre responsabilité (SSE, Qualité, etc.) en assurant un suivi constant des entrepreneurs externes;
  • Respecter les budgets et informer lorsque requis les gestionnaires de Bombardier de tous coûts excédentaires reliés au projet.

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯

  • Establish the needs of the various sectors of the plant in terms of layout or infrastructure.
  • Present projects to internal entities and communicate their progress.
  • Develop and choose innovative solutions while respecting customer needs.
  • Respect the rules in terms of health, safety and the environment and intervene as needed.
  • Ensure that deliverables comply with plans and specifications and meet deadlines.
  • Plan several projects simultaneously while respecting the challenges and constraints of operations.
  • Manage the work under your responsibility (HSE, Quality, etc.) by ensuring constant monitoring of external contractors.
  • Respect budgets and inform Bombardier managers when required of any excess costs related to the project.

Compétences et qualifications:

  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans le secteur de génie industriel, génie mécanique, génie civil, architecture / ou Equivalent;
  • Vous détenez plus de 5 ans d’expérience comme chargé (e) de projet en milieu industriel ou Equivalent;
  • Vous démontrez un excellent esprit de synthèse, vous vulgarisez facilement l’information technique dans vos communications écrites et orales tout en démontrant une excellente maîtrise du français et une bonne connaissance de l’anglais;
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences informatiques dans un environnement Windows : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams etc;
  • Vous êtes habile communicateur, vous entrez facilement en interaction avec plusieurs intervenants provenant de différents milieux;
  • Vous êtes autonome, innovateur et dynamique;
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership et vous avez de très bonnes capacités à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires;
  • Vous êtes une personne très organisée, vous êtes axé sur les résultats tout en demeurant flexible au changement de priorité et habitué à travailler sur plusieurs projets à la fois;
  • Vous possédez de l'expérience en gestion de projets et idéalement en dessin sur Autocad.

Skills & qualifications:

  • You have a university degree or college diploma in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture / or Equivalent.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment or Equivalent.
  • You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications while demonstrating an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English.
  • You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams etc.
  • You are a good communicator; you easily interact with several stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  • You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
  • You show leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • You are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
  • You have experience in project management and ideally in drawing on Autocad.
