Les coûts du carburant augmentent, les exigences réglementaires se durcissent et le passage aux véhicules à faibles émissions s'accélère. Pourtant, environ 70 % des entreprises européennes gèrent encore leurs flottes manuellement, avec des tableurs et des outils déconnectés.

Shiftmove existe pour simplifier tout cela. Nous sommes une entreprise SaaS B2B et la plateforme de gestion de flotte à la croissance la plus rapide en Europe, née de la fusion d'Avrios et de Vimcar. Nous servons des dizaines de milliers d'entreprises à travers l'Allemagne, la France, l'Espagne, la Suisse et la Pologne. Récemment, nous avons acquis Optimum et Ocean en France, renforçant ainsi notre présence sur l'un des plus grands marchés de flottes d'Europe.

Notre plateforme connecte les données des véhicules en temps réel à un logiciel intelligent pour permettre aux entreprises de mieux acheter, de contrôler les coûts et de mener la transition vers une mobilité plus propre. Nous avons un objectif clair : un million de véhicules gérés sur notre plateforme d'ici 2027. Nous en sommes déjà à 730 000. Le prochain chapitre concerne l'exécution, et c'est là que vous intervenez.

Votre Rôle

Chez Shiftmove, chaque interaction client est une opportunité de créer une valeur durable. Nous croyons que la relation client est au cœur de notre succès. Dans le cadre de la migration obligatoire du réseau 2G vers la 4G, nous renforçons notre équipe avec un contrat à durée déterminée de 3 mois à compter de la date d'embauche pour accompagner nos clients tout au long de ce processus stratégique.

En tant que Chargé(e) de Renouvellement (tous genres), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en combinant écoute, empathie et rigueur. Vous aiderez nos clients PME à franchir cette transition technologique, tout en garantissant une expérience client positive et de qualité.

Vos missions

  • Gérer la relation client :
  • Contacter nos clients PME (flottes de 1 à 19 véhicules) pour les informer de la migration obligatoire.
  • Écouter et comprendre leurs besoins pour les accompagner dans cette transition.
  • Gérer les objections et renforcer la confiance grâce à une communication claire, rassurante et empathique.
  • Organiser les installations :
  • Planifier les rendez-vous d’installation en collaboration avec les équipes internes (logistique, planification, ADV).
  • Assurer une coordination fluide entre les services pour garantir une expérience client optimale.

Votre profil

  • Une expérience en relation client ou en support client B2B, idéalement par téléphone.
  • Une excellente capacité de communication orale, avec une approche empathique et professionnelle.
  • Être capable de gérer les objections avec diplomatie et de transformer des situations complexes en opportunités.
  • Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (CRM, Salesforce).
  • Être motivé(e) par un poste à fort volume d’activité, tout en maintenant une approche qualitative constante.
