The posting

Auto24, acteur spécialisé dans la vente de véhicules d’occasion, recherche un(e) Chef d’Atelier Service Rapide pour assurer la gestion et la supervision de notre atelier.

Vous serez responsable de l’organisation quotidienne de l’atelier, de la supervision des interventions techniques et de l’encadrement de l’équipe, avec pour objectif d’assurer la disponibilité, la qualité et la conformité des véhicules avant leur mise en vente ou leur livraison.

Requirements

  • Organiser et planifier les activités quotidiennes de l’atelier.
  • Superviser les opérations d’entretien et de réparation rapide : vidange, filtres, freins, batterie, pneumatiques, niveaux, etc.
  • Répartir les tâches entre les techniciens et suivre l’avancement des interventions.
  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés avant la sortie des véhicules.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’état des véhicules et la traçabilité des interventions.
  • Identifier les anomalies et besoins de réparation et les remonter à la hiérarchie.
  • Veiller à la disponibilité des pièces, outils et consommables nécessaires.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et contrôler l’équipe technique.
  • Faire respecter les règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’organisation de l’atelier.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, stock et opérations afin d’assurer la disponibilité des véhicules.
  • Préparer des reportings réguliers sur l’activité, les interventions et les éventuelles anomalies

Profil recherché

  • Formation en mécanique automobile, maintenance automobile ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un atelier automobile.
  • Une expérience en supervision ou management d’équipe technique est fortement souhaitée.
  • Bonne maîtrise des opérations d'entretien et de réparation automobile.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques courants.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.
  • Leadership, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français ; l'arabe est un atout.
