The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet lié au maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) de bâtiments de la Marine Nationale, nous recrutons un(e) Chef de Chantier basé(e) en Guyane Française.

Vos missions

Sous l’autorité du Superintendant MCO, vous intervenez en tant que référent opérationnel pour garantir la disponibilité technique des installations à bord :

  • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des installations embarquées
  • Intervenir en support technique (hotline) en cas d’avarie et réaliser un premier diagnostic
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives adaptées
  • Préparer les arrêts techniques : élaboration des listes de travaux, rédaction des spécifications, identification des besoins en pièces et consultations fournisseurs
  • Planifier, coordonner et superviser les interventions à bord
  • Organiser et valider les essais à quai et en mer après intervention
  • Garantir la conformité des travaux (qualité, sécurité, réglementation)
  • Contribuer à la performance globale du contrat (qualité, coûts, délais)
  • Développer et piloter un réseau de sous-traitants et fournisseurs locaux
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue en capitalisant les retours d’expérience
  • Intervenir ponctuellement en renfort sur d’autres sites lors d’arrêts techniques

Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir en métropole, en Guyane, ainsi qu’à bord des navires lors de leurs escales.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique et expérience confirmée en construction ou réparation navale
  • Solide expérience en gestion de chantier tous corps de métiers (mécanique, électricité, chaudronnerie…)
  • Expertise technique reconnue et expérience significative des interventions à bord
  • Capacité à planifier, coordonner et piloter des activités dans un environnement exigeant
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, MS Project)
  • Connaissance de la Marine Nationale et des marchés publics appréciée
  • Anglais courant exigé
