The posting

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, le/la Chef(fe) de Département Recrutement pilote la stratégie et les opérations de recrutement de masse de l'entreprise. Il/elle est garant(e) de la capacité de l'organisation à pourvoir des volumes importants de postes dans des délais courts, tout en assurant la qualité et l'adéquation des profils recrutés aux besoins opérationnels.

Missions principales

• Définir et déployer la stratégie de recrutement de masse en cohérence avec les besoins en effectifs de l'entreprise (volumes, délais, saisonnalité)

• Piloter et animer une équipe de chargé(e)s / recruteurs de recrutement, en fixant des objectifs individuels et collectifs

• Concevoir et optimiser les processus de recrutement volumique : sourcing, présélection, tests, entretiens collectifs, assessment centers, job dating

• Développer et diversifier les canaux de sourcing (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, cooptation, écoles, agences d'intérim, forums emploi)

• Construire et entretenir un vivier de candidats qualifiés pour anticiper les besoins récurrents

• Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance du recrutement (délai de recrutement, coût par recrutement, taux de transformation, taux de rétention à 3/6 mois)

• Collaborer étroitement avec les managers opérationnels pour anticiper les besoins et affiner les profils recherchés

• Sélectionner, négocier et piloter les prestataires externes (cabinets de recrutement, agences d'intérim, plateformes digitales)

• Garantir le respect du budget alloué au recrutement et optimiser le coût par recrutement

• Assurer une veille active sur les outils et méthodes de recrutement digital (ATS, recrutement programmatique, IA appliquée au sourcing)

• Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements de recrutement (forums, salons, job dating) et contribuer à la marque employeur

Requirements

Formation : Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion, Commerce ou équivalent

Expérience : Minimum 7 à 10 ans dans le recrutement, avec une expérience significative et avérée en recrutement de masse / volumique, dont au moins 3 ans en management d'équipe

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing digital et des méthodes de recrutement volumique

• Bonne connaissance des outils ATS et des solutions de recrutement digital

• Maîtrise des méthodes d'évaluation (tests, mises en situation, assessment centers)

• Solides compétences en reporting et pilotage d'indicateurs RH

• Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'arabe ; l'anglais est un atout

Compétences managériales et savoir-être :

• Leadership et capacité à fédérer et faire monter en compétence une équipe

• Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et gestion des priorités

• Réactivité et capacité à gérer la pression liée aux volumes et aux délais serrés

• Excellent relationnel et sens de la négociation

• Orientation résultats et esprit d'amélioration continue
