Missions principales

• Piloter la gestion de la trésorerie groupe (centralisation des flux, cash pooling, prévisions de trésorerie court/moyen terme)

• Optimiser le BFR et les conditions bancaires (négociation des lignes de crédit, taux, commissions)

• Gérer les relations bancaires et assurer le suivi des covenants liés aux financements

• Superviser la gestion des risques financiers (change, taux d'intérêt, liquidité) et les couvertures associées

• Garantir la fiabilité des reportings de trésorerie (TFT, position quotidienne, prévisions glissantes)

• Encadrer, former et animer l'équipe trésorerie (analystes, chargés de trésorerie)

• Veiller à la conformité réglementaire (Office des Changes, réglementation bancaire marocaine, normes groupe)

• Participer aux opérations de financement (crédits, émissions obligataires, lignes court terme)

• Mettre en place et améliorer les outils et procédures de gestion de trésorerie (TMS, SAP, reporting)

• Assurer la liaison avec les commissaires aux comptes et les équipes comptables/financières

Requirements

Formation

Diplôme supérieur en Finance, Gestion, École de commerce ou équivalent (Bac+5)

Expérience

Minimum 12 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (trésorerie, financements, gestion des risques), idéalement dans un groupe multinational ou une grande entreprise marocaine

Compétences techniques

• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de trésorerie

• Bonne connaissance de la réglementation des changes marocaine et des marchés financiers

• Maîtrise d'Excel avancé et des outils de modélisation financière

• Connaissance des normes IFRS appliquées à la trésorerie

Compétences linguistiques

Français courant, anglais professionnel, arabe (atout)

Qualités personnelles

• Leadership et capacité à fédérer une équipe

• Rigueur, sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse

• Capacité de négociation (relations bancaires)

• Réactivité et gestion du stress

• Sens de la confidentialité et de l'éthique
