Un contesto dove creatività, leadership e cura del dettaglio sono elementi fondamentali per guidare un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello.

A seconda della sezione, sarà responsabile di supportare attivamente l’Head Chef nello svolgimento di determinati compiti e attività al fine di garantire un'eccellente qualità ed efficienza operativa.

Requirements

Il Ruolo

  • Conoscere le materie prime e verificarne la qualità;
  • Conoscere e padroneggiare il menu e i relativi piatti, studiare le ricette presentate dall’Head Chef e riprodurle nella loro preparazione;
  • Gestire l'inventario degli ingredienti e dei prodotti alimentari necessari per i turni, comunicare le esigenze di ordine all’Head Chef o ai Sous Chef, controllare le scorte e gestire gli sprechi;
  • Lavorare in collaborazione con gli altri membri del team per garantire che il servizio sia gestito in modo efficiente e soddisfi gli standard di qualità e le aspettative degli ospiti;
  • Mantenere l'igiene e la pulizia nella propria area di lavoro, rispettando gli standard HACCP;
  • Assistere l’Head Chef nella creazione di nuove ricette o nella modifica di quelle esistenti nel menu;
  • È inoltre fondamentale che il candidato abbia esperienza nell'uso delle principali attrezzature e strumenti presenti in cucina, conoscendo i rischi associati e le norme relative al loro utilizzo.

Il Profilo Ideale

  • Cerchiamo professionisti con:
  • Solida esperienza nel ruolo di Chef de Partie in contesti strutturati.
  • Esperienza anche nella cucina a base di carne;
  • Conoscenza delle materie prime, dei prodotti alimentari e delle relative tecniche di lavorazione;
  • Massima serietà, cura dell’ordine e attenzione all’igiene.

  • Inquadramento: CCNL turismo, IV livello
  • Retribuzione: 2000-2300€ netto mensile (rateo XIII e XIV inclusi, straordinari forfettizzati), TFR a fine contratto o versato mensilmente sul fondo scelto, ferie e ROL a fine contratto.
  • Periodo: Aprile 2026-Novembre 2026
  • Turni: 6 su 7, 5 turni spezzati e 1 turno unico
  • Benefit: Vito e alloggio inclusi, scontistiche interne alla struttura, scontistiche e convenzioni nei bar e ristoranti della zona e per la palestra, possibilità di corsi gratuiti di lingua Inglese e Tedesca.
