Requirements

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione autonoma e responsabile della propria partita, garantendo costanza e qualità nelle preparazioni quotidiane.
  • Esecuzione attenta e puntuale della linea culinaria, nel rispetto delle ricette e della tradizione della struttura.
  • Controllo meticoloso delle materie prime in ingresso, monitoraggio delle giacenze e ottimizzazione degli sprechi.
  • Mantenimento scrupoloso degli standard di igiene, pulizia e sicurezza alimentare (HACCP) all'interno della propria postazione.
  • Collaborazione stretta, quotidiana e proattiva con il resto del team, contribuendo in prima persona a mantenere un clima lavorativo positivo e di mutuo supporto.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Chef de Partie.
  • Padronanza delle tecniche di lavorazione, affidabilità operativa e profondo rispetto per le materie prime.
  • Concretezza e reale desiderio di investire in un progetto lavorativo stabile, continuativo e di lungo periodo.
  • Doti relazionali, flessibilità, umiltà e sincera attitudine al lavoro all'interno di un team coeso.

Benefits

Cosa Offriamo:

Contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda di 6 mesi iniziali con l'obiettivo di stabilizzare la collaborazione,

Retribuzione: RAL compresa nel range 25.000 € - 30.000 €, in ogni caso commisurata all’effettiva esperienza e competenza del/della candidato/a.

Ambiente: Un contesto lavorativo sereno, intimo e profondamente umano, che premia la continuità, la stabilità e le relazioni di valore.

Luogo di lavoro: Venezia (Centro Storico)

Orario di lavoro: Full time su turni
