Cosa farai

  • Gestirai in autonomia la tua partita, garantendo organizzazione, efficienza e qualità delle preparazioni
  • Coordinerai le comande, assicurando precisione, tempistiche e fluidità del servizio
  • Ti occuperai della realizzazione di primi, secondi e piatti freddi, con particolare attenzione all’impiattamento
  • Lavorerai su preparazioni a base di carne e pesce, utilizzando materie prime di altissima qualità
  • Collaborerai attivamente con la brigata per mantenere standard elevati e costanti

Chi cerchiamo

  • Esperienza maturata
  • Provieni da contesti fine dining o cucine di hotel 5 stelle o superiori
  • Possiedi competenze su primi, secondi, piatti freddi, carne e pesce
  • Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni (unici o spezzati), 5 giorni a settimana, nella fascia oraria 9:30 – 00:00

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato full time (40 ore settimanali)
  • RAL: 31.000 € circa da valutare in base all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate
  • Turnazione su 5 giorni settimanali, pianificata mensilmente
