Il ruolo

In base al livello di esperienza, sarai responsabile della gestione autonoma della tua partita o supporterai lo Chef de Partie nelle attività operative, garantendo il rispetto degli elevati standard qualitativi della struttura.

Ti occuperai di:

  • Gestire la partita assegnata o supportarne le attività operative nel rispetto degli standard di un hotel 5★ Lusso.
  • Collaborare a stretto contatto con l'Executive Chef e la brigata di cucina.
  • Assicurare qualità, organizzazione ed efficienza durante tutte le fasi del servizio.
  • Curare la presentazione dei piatti e prestare attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti, nel rispetto degli standard Fine Dining.
  • Affiancare e supportare le figure junior, contribuendo alla crescita del team.

Il profilo ideale

Cerchiamo professionisti che abbiano:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di Commis de Partie o Chef de Partie, preferibilmente maturata in hotel di lusso, ristoranti Fine Dining o contesti strutturati.
  • Solida conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina moderna e tradizionale.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e predisposizione a lavorare sotto pressione.
  • Precisione, rapidità d'esecuzione, spirito di squadra e leadership operativa.
  • Passione per la ristorazione d'eccellenza e forte orientamento alla qualità.

Sede di lavoro: Milano

Orario: Full-time, turno unico, 5 giorni su 7 con 2 giorni consecutivi di riposo.

Retribuzione: RAL indicativa €25.000 – €30.000

Benefit: possibilità di alloggio in staff house condivisa.

Contratto: iniziale inserimento a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
