Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και οργάνωση συγκεκριμένου τμήματος της κουζίνας (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry κ.ά.).
  • Προετοιμασία και εκτέλεση πιάτων σύμφωνα με τα standards της Domes.
  • Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση Commis Chefs και βοηθητικού προσωπικού.
  • Διασφάλιση ποιότητας, παρουσίασης και σωστής αποθήκευσης πρώτων υλών.
  • Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας (HACCP).
  • Συνεργασία με την Executive Chef ομάδα για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της κουζίνας.

Requirements

Χρήσιμο να έχετε:

  • Απόφοιτος/-η σχολής μαγείρων
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε εστιατόρια à la carte σε ξενοδοχεία 5*
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προσωπικού κουζίνας – λάντζας
  • Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
  • Γνώση της ελληνικής και τουλάχιστον της αγγλικής γλώσσας
